IPA Studios is a streamlined photo retouching service designed with our clients in mind. We specialise in newborn, children, maternity, family, corporate, and high-end retouching—though our expertise extends far beyond these areas!

Our refined editing process makes outsourcing as seamless as possible, giving you more time to focus on your business. Every step has been thoughtfully designed to help you stay on top of your schedule and meet your delivery deadlines, ensuring a simple, efficient, and highly reliable experience.

FREE TRIAL

Submit 1–3 images through our Free Trial Form HERE to experience our editing services at no cost or commitment. This trial allows you to see if we’re the right fit for your needs!​

​Your images will be assigned to one of our dedicated editors, Jasmine or Rhiannon, who you’ll work with every time you use IPA Studios. By pairing each client with a consistent editor, we ensure seamless communication and reliable, high-quality results. These one-on-one relationships quickly evolve into a personalized, long-term collaboration.

Turnaround Time: Your completed sample images will be returned within 48 hours.

02.

CONSULTATION

Once your sample images are complete, they will be sent back to you for feedback. This is your opportunity to discuss the results with your editor—what you love, any adjustments you’d like, and any refinements needed.

Every photographer has a unique aesthetic and editing style, and we’re here to either match your existing look or help you refine and transform it. Our goal is to consistently produce results that align with your vision. We are committed to making sure you love the final edits, no matter how long it takes. Feedback is a crucial and welcomed part of the process.

03.

BOOKING

Once you’re happy with your editing results, it’s time to schedule a session with your editor to complete your images. We use an appointment-based system to make the process seamless and transparent.

This system ensures you know exactly when your images will be edited and when you can expect them to be returned.

 

All images are edited during your scheduled appointment and delivered within 48 hours.

04.

INVOICE

​Your final invoice will be sent 48 hours after your appointment.

 

All invoices and payments are processed through PayPal, with invoice emails sent at 10 AM on weekdays and 12 PM on weekends.

 

Example: If you book an appointment for Monday at 12 PM, your images will be completed at that time. On Wednesday at 10 AM, you will receive an email with a link to your invoice for the remaining balance.

05.

RECEIVING

IMAGES

Once we’ve received your payment, you will automatically receive a Dropbox link to download your completed images.

All galleries include free revisions.

 

If you’d like any adjustments or changes after receiving your images, we’ll make those edits at no extra cost to you.

WANT MORE?

We’d love to help you with more galleries! Simply visit our Book Now page, select another slot with your editor, and let us take care of the rest. You can book time slots as needed or even pre-book in advance—whatever works best for you and your business!
